LEAD ARCHITECT / BIM LEAD

As the Lead Architect, you will collaborate with the international design team to develop innovative design solutions for various asset classes based in the US. You will coordinate the design through the various documentation phases of a project. Your qualifications
- Prerequisite: 6+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or equivalent from the US
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and parametric design software is a must

PROJECT ENGINEER

Looking for a Project Engineer with a BSE or MSE degree in civil engineering (registered as a PE in the state of Florida is a plus, but not necessary). Must have experience designing commercial projects in the state of Florida as well as experience with permitting site civil construction plans in the state of Florida.

- Experience researching and applying local, water management district, FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation) and FDEP (Florida Department of Environmental Protection) codes for requirements pertinent to applicable elements of commercial development design and permitting.
- Fluent in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience in preparing full-site civil Construction Plans using AutoCAD.

- Experience responding to Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) review comments and revising site civil construction plans, reports, and other materials accordingly to address comments proactively and positively.
- Experience coordinating with other project consultants to ensure site civil CDs reflect other project consultant designs.
